SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the EU and to selected international destinations. Available countries, carriers and shipping options are shown at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the product ordered. Typical timeframes:
• EU countries: 3–7 business days
• Other destinations: 5–10 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address, item weight/size and any active promotions. If free shipping is available for your order, it will be clearly shown.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Orders within the EU usually do not incur customs duties. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local taxes or import fees collected by the carrier upon delivery. Please check your local regulations.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and secure digital payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through encrypted gateways.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Please reach us immediately with your order number via our Contact page or email support@colorwayebike.shop.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent to your email once the package leaves our warehouse. You can also view status from your account page if you created one at checkout.

PRODUCTS & ASSEMBLY

Is assembly required?
Our e-bikes arrive 85–95% pre-assembled. Typical final steps include attaching the handlebar, pedals, front wheel and adjusting the brakes. Basic tools and a quick-start guide are included.
Which model fits me best?
Height ranges, weight limits and geometry are listed on each product page. If you’re unsure, contact us with your height/inseam and riding style and we’ll recommend a size.
Are the bikes street-legal in my area?
Local e-bike regulations vary by country and region (speed limits, throttle use, bike class). Please check local rules before riding and choose settings that comply with your location.

BATTERY & CARE

How do I charge the battery?
Plug the supplied charger into a standard outlet, then connect to the charging port on the bike or the removable battery. Charge in a dry, ventilated area. Typical full charge time is listed on each product page.
How can I maximize battery life?
Keep the battery between 20–80% for daily use, store it in a cool, dry place (10–25°C), avoid deep discharges, and recharge at least once every 1–2 months if not riding.
Is the bike waterproof?
Our e-bikes are designed for everyday weather and carry an appropriate water-resistance rating. Avoid submerging components or pressure-washing. Wipe off moisture after rides.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please review our full policy on the Returns page and contact us for an RMA before sending anything back.
What does the warranty cover?
Frames and electrical components are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Coverage periods and exclusions are detailed on our Warranty page.
